SNSD fans have been swarming forums and fan sites saying that Lady Gaga's "Born this Way" is a plagiarization of SNSD's "Be Happy". Some fans even made videos comparing the two songs. Lady Gaga fans have been defending the artist saying "Its just a coincidence." but by listening to the songs you'll notice that the similarities are very clair.
"Born this Way" producer DJ White Shadow claimed to have worked 20 hours per day working on "Born this way", in an interview earlier this year. The composer of "Be Happy" E-Tribe said that he is trying to get in contact with Lady Gaga's label because he himself have noticed the similarities between the two songs.
